Hello, I’m Neelam. I come from a family of teachers and have always been passionate about teaching. Teaching gives me joy, fulfillment and satisfaction!
I’ve had the opportunity to teach many students of different nationalities over the past 10 years of teaching experience. I’m settled in India and have been teaching Mathematics to students of Grade 1 to 8.
The idea of this website occurred to me on witnessing the struggles of secondary school students due to poor mathematical literacy and zero or low confidence in dealing with numbers. It was evident that these students lacked strong foundation in primary school and proper guidance when they reached secondary school. I’ve tried to address these pain points of students and their parents by trying to meticulously design practice sheets so as to make understanding and practicing Mathematics easy.
Learning is pivotal for a student's success in academics and life. The Digital Age is deeply shaping the way students learn and will also determine their future prospects. At Solve It, we encourage students to embrace this fast changing world and make them ready for tomorrow by being their constant learning partner.
We craft a learning journey for every student that addresses their unique needs. We believe in the power of one-to-one learning that addresses every child's learning needs, allows students to be holistically involved in their education and be active, lifelong learners.
The material provided on the website has been systematically designed to save time, energy and effort for parents / tutors in acquiring resources for the students. Study material includes detailed Notes, Practice Sheets and Test Series on every topic.
Practice Sheets are presented in the form of a ‘test’ so as to provide hands-on practice of writing school tests. Additionally, a Test is available on every topic to strengthen concept knowledge. Tests will be assessed by faculty on parent’s request.
Support to parents will be provided in the form of addressing queries or providing guidance, as and when needed. Performance progress of the student will be evaluated after each quarter.
Online class facility can be provided for topics as desired by the parents. Tutoring will be in the form of one-on-one sessions for the topics requested by parents. The student is not required to take class for the entire academic year.
